Laser and Refractive Surgery

So far, over 60 million people have underwent laser vision correction in the world. Today this is the most commonly performed elective medical procedure. Laser vision correction can help people suffering from myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism. Almost everybody is a great candidate for this type of surgery.

In the last 22 years, more than 65 thousand eyes underwent laser vision correction at the University Eye Hospital Svjetlost in Zagreb, and another 20,000 eyes in the other five Svjetlost Clinics (Split, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Novi Sad, Budva).

Svjetlost Eye Clinic in Zagreb has 2 Schwind Amaris 750S lasers, 6 Wavelight Allegretto excimer lasers and 2 Abbot iFS 150kHz femtosecond laser and perform all methods of laser eye surgery including so-called ALL LASER LASIK.
